Barnaby is the uncle of John Bourke, who is stated in the will, is to take the name of John Wall Bourke. There is also a reference to James Wall, mentioned here, as being of Killbeagh, Co. Kerry. John Evans is also referenced, with some connection to Wall. This is probably the same John Evans, referenced in the pre-marriage settlement between Elinor Wall and Conway Heaphy in 1791 of Rathkeale, son of Robert Heaphy. Peter Heaphy is some relation to Conway Heaphy - brother/uncle/cousin? - is he a relation to the earlier Peter Heaphy, referenced in 1721-22? Is the Peter Heaphy, the same Peter that died Denmark St, Limerick, 1816, late of Dublin?
